What To Expect

AHU is designed to serve as a Christian ministry training college where our students embrace their identity, learn the values of God's Kingdom and walk in the authority and power of Jesus. It is a transformational experience and your personal life as well as your role as a leader in Christianity will be forever impacted.

We emphasize hands-on training and experience - along with theological academic understanding. This creates a college culture where students take risks to stretch their faith and grow in their understanding of God's Kingdom here on earth. 

Our mission is to develop the leader God has created you to be. We expect you to grow in your Calling and faith, to love God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind, and to Allow the Holy Spirit to  transform you. Be focused and passionate, willing to live in humility, authority, purity, and power - transforming lives and cultures.

When we are passionate about something, our whole being is engaged. As you love JESUS with all your heart, you will tap into His passion for yourself, His Church, and the lost. Jesus has called us to be the salt and the light of the world. Learn to reproduce yourself by “teaching [others] to obey everything Jesus Christ has commanded us” (Matt. 28). Like Paul says, “Follow my example as I follow the example of Christ.”
